Pricing work???

How do people go about pricing work??

 

Daily? Hourly? Size of job?

 

do you price differently for freelance work, depending on using their kit or yours??? etc etc

You first need to work out "your" overheads, what it costs you to trade, equipment, rent, fuel, wages, insurance, depreciation, servicing, etc etc.

 

Divide that up by the amount of days you work per year and then add on what wage you need to make.

 

I price jobs by the hour, work out how many hours it's going to me then add on any taxes, ie dog shite tax, long drag tax etc

I think of a number, add 15% to what I think it should be, and it doesnt seem too far out.

Being cheaper does not always work. I charge what i think the job is worth to me any less and ill walk away done need the stress let some one else cut their own throat
