Follow the strap from the bow shackle to wher it dissapears under the waist belt, tighten the strap to put more weight on the leg loops and loosen it to put more on the waist. play around with is and see what feels best. Do you wear the waist belt on or above your hips?

I wear it below my waist, on my hips.

It's when I am on my spikes or branch walking that it rides up, then when I go to sit in the harness the loops are too high and uncomfortable.

When I first used the treeflex I had a MAJOR painful problem with the legs riding up.:crying:

For some reason now it doesnt cause a problem but im not sure what ive done.:confused1: If anything I may have the leg loops looser than they first were.

Plus I have probably put about half a stone on since then.:laugh1:

I too have horrendously skinny thighs for my height, i wear the petzl sequioa and used to tighten the loops tight to my leg, after hours up the tree they started to pinch, a lot, so i loosened them, i have worn them loose since and they never pinch!

And if it helps i wear my harness pretty high with the back support sometimes well above my boney iliac spiney bits

I'm gonna fasten some bungees from my spikes to the leg loops that should sort it.

I presume you havent read the bungee death thread then!:001_rolleyes:

Try the looser leg loops it should stop it riding up tightly.

One thing I did notice is that one of the elastic straps snapped and it was very uncomfortable until I sewed it back on.ghey.gif.cf153707d47fa476a1d1a336dc980ed9.gif

I have the same problem, but just get on with it & have a wriggle about when my ropes are not loaded,I find the leg loops tend not to ride up too far due to the volume of my lunchbox, but we are all built different!
