I think its a set up, the tree looks pre charged to me. I doubt that a 50 calibre round would have the mass to carry enough charge as a high velocity round to do that to a tree.

 

Well in my opinion anyhow.

probably get this answer

 

Providing he had the correct PPE on and it's covered on the risk assessment should be OK :lol:
