Ok, here goes... Without the I'd books as I'm at work so..

 

Acer beurgerianum Top marks

Albizia julibrissin 10/10

Eucalyptus deglupta Nooo. Though it's a toughie just from the bark. It's Arbutus menziesii :biggrin:

 

My best guesses?

First one i'm going to go with Crataegus persimilis 'Prunifolia'

 

and the second is a pure guess with Fagus sylvatica 'Dawyck Purple'

 

First one not to far out crataegus prunifolia splendens,

Second one spot on. :thumbup1:

Going up the manor later this week i will find some to really test you

Technically (not one to be pedantic:lol:), but Crataegus persimilis 'Prunifolia' IS crataegus prunifolia splendens:001_tt2:
