Sierra cosworth?

An asian dude i knew up in the midlands had one of those.....he bored it out to 2.8 litre and Turbo Technics shoe-horned a turbo the size of a dustbin into it......it wasnt slow!!!

I've a spare 3.9 V8 and a BW65 box, any thoughts as to where I should shove it? Suggestions on a postcard please.

Couple of years ago there was a bonkers Triumph Dolomite Sprint ragtop with Rover V8, side exit exhausts, Borgworner auto, the works; on ebay and it sold for a mere 2k. Few months later after the summer the buyer sold it again for 2.5k. I should have bought it; even my Wife said she would have liked to have it for bombing around the moor in. What an "if only". Stupidly bought a 3 litre saab instead so didn't have the dollar but could have...:001_rolleyes:

John, type in "Hot Rod", there is a sweet P5 in bright Orange that would do!

 

Seen it mate! Not my cuppa tea with all that smoothed off look and gross orange paint job! Plus the slag-tag writing on the boot!

 

There's mods and there's mods. Hot-rods are proper and so are clean unadulterated classics imo but that is just mingin' !
