Is there anyone near there willing to go and have a look at it for me?

I don't want to bid unless it's in mint condition, so if you could just check out the pages all turn freely, no bent corners etc. I'd pay you 10% of the final bid, wether I win it or not!

I went and had a look and it was immaculate. Some of the pages are stuck together a bit now. Sorry I got a bit excited.
