dreaded chipper strikes again!

so it seems that lately its 1 problem after another with my chipper! 1st no trailer brakes! then new feed roller! then new feed roller wouldnt work! blades knackered! serviced it and now theres 8 mounting bolts that mount the engine to the chasis they have all sheared off and are stuck inside the engine "they are not flush with the engine" ive managed to get 1 out in 2 hours of trying! ive drilled them but some of them just will not budge!

yeah it is that engine...ive already got it out and arent having much luck with the stud extractor 3 are out and 5 will not budge! got a friend that owns an engineering firm sorting it for me! big ammer did you just replace the bolts or did you modify it some how? i think its a really poor design.
