Saw horse/ Log holder

Anyone use the Portek Logmaster that FR Jones sell? It's expensive but no more than the Stihl Smart holder more expensive one.

I have the Portek logmaster. I find it really easy to use although i did have a few problems with the chain guard so had to sort that out but on the whole really easy to use

Hmmm the site doesn't say, unless you commit to buy I suppose strange. I cant remember what I paid for mine now, but it's lasted very well and I've put a fair bit through it now. But there is nothing to go wrong with it and it's very robust.

I use a stihl smart holder, fantastic bit of kit. Have cut 130m3 of billets and cord on it down to 1" diameter last year and never failed. its simple and robust. only problem is you cut so much you have to keep picking up all those logs so you dont trip over em!

dont think i do enough to justify that sort of money. the post and socket maybe but all my cord is stored on concrete.
