No care taken in placing the pallets; they were just plonked on.

 

Looks a decent design, and I like the tipping idea. One potential issue I note from the pictures only ( I havent used one in person yet) is the access on the opposite side of the stand for finishing off cuts that dont quite make the cut. Obviously this wont affect a user who has an appropiate large bar size, but this may not be the case for everyone, and something hat may need to be considered before purchase, especially for the domestic user.

Is this the case nepia :001_smile: and what size bar do you use to avoid the need to have to finish on an occasional double cut.

No, there isn't intended to be rear access (!). I've got a 20" bar but 16" is sufficient. Don't go bigger than 24" absolute tops or you risk sawing the rear horizontals.
