What's on your bench today?

I have an 038 sitting on the shelf for 'spares or repairs' if you want another Steve.

Cant remember why its there and can't be bothered to find out, the carb is off but is in a tub (Cut off Aspen can!) along with all the bolts etc.

Thanks for the offer but it sounds like a load of kit I still have floating round my workshop - got to get rid at some stage:001_rolleyes: you know how it is:lol:

Yes, its all there.

As I recall it came in for service as it would not start after a long period of storage.

I think I quoted for carb overhaul (stale fuel) but it also needs a bar and chain. The owner decided not to proceed.

No, seriously though, Steve knows me well and is on the money with his answer.

 

In thread I started a few years ago call 'scrap saws for a good cause' I offered a few bits of kit like this 038 to Arbtalkers in return for a donation to the Arbtalk Charity.

 

So this one can be the same and I am going to post it on that thread in a few minutes, so take a look.

 

I don't want any money for myself, but neither do I want to be out of pocket, so I will not be doing any work on this, and you can buy at your own risk. You can collect in person, or arrange your own carrier to collect. Or I will pack it up and despatch it for £20.00 which the winner pays me.
