Yep flywheel is ok and in place. This check is also to the on ei had before that I forgot to tighten the nut and got very lucky when the flywheel came loose and done no damage. Now I always check and re check it.

Like I said its aside for now and when I strip it to replace the piston I will start from the beginning on the rebuild.

One question I have is the seals I'm using that you use, what way round do you put then in. I'm just second guessing myself a bit here but do you put them writing out or in???

Flat side to the outside, the grooved side on the inside as per any conventional seal!

Never had any issues with them!

Yes what I tought. It's not really revelant as they don't leak and that's the way I put them in.

Just running through the options again.

I got myself a non running BR600 cheap at an auction. It wasnt running because the fuel line was not connected. Anyway, i can get it started now but it only runs for a couple if seconds before stopping. The plug look past it so i will replace that but not convinced thats the problem. So was think sonic clean on the carb. Its a 4mix which i'm not that familier with. Any top tips.

Many thanks Mark

For starters its a four mix :sneaky2::lol::lol:

Non running. Try the carb then let us know. Could be coil. Could be comp. could just be spark plug.

Comp is good, plug i reckon is well past its best. Ill let you know when i get time to clean the carb. .prob next week.

I have to admit i dont get the 4mix thing but my km130 is good. Seems a bit like a bike and sidecar - cunningly combines all the disadvantages of a 2 systems without the benefits of eithet:D:beer::beer:
