Nice one. Guess the bench is full of used nappies then

 

Put the 200t back together tonight. Just got to give the carb a good clean and its finished.

 

Need to get a tool for getting the seals back in easier.. Anyone willing to make me some with a lathe... Managed it ok but a tool will be much easier.

Got the MS200 running - just need to order a new oiler gear as the original had started to melt due to ingress of woodchip - the rest looks OK and comp is damn good: -

Ok. So put the new oil seals (tried to) into the 200t. Only just disintegrated as soon as I tried to push them in... Snapped up under the load. Put them in as per manual.

 

So didn't end with a good note today, just one of those days of just go home. Not what I wanted as I really wanted to get this saw back to its owner.....

 

Ho hum guess I will just have to eat some more cake and let the woes of the day melt away
