Buildings like this are pretty easy to design and build yourself TBH mark. I would thing that if you trawled the net then you would find some, but if you are intending to make yours from timber it ought to be pretty easy and inexpensive to buy raw materials and go from there.

 

(BTW did you ever get back to those people about that huge plane tree?)

I normally use 3x2 cls for the frame at 600 mm centers as it's a lot stronger than the normal 2x1. Then clad it in 18mm weather board not to expensive and looks good. For the roof make a few trusses up then use 4x2 for the perlins then cover with at least 12mm wbp ply then felt or torch on felt. If I can be of any help let us know as I'm a time served joiner
