Husqvarna 560xp - so it's here...

The saw is designed with a forestry bias and I would agree with Dave - 18" won't feel so nice as a zippy 15er. Out of the box performance is somehow never as good as a sweetly run-in point and shoot tool.

I will look forward to seeing how they preform for a month or so before getting one , like i said my concerns are the multi function on/off and choke system , any way i will see if i can get to use one tomorrow

I bought one on Weds (my first Husky) and it keeps cutting out under load. I'm sure it is just a glitch, but I have to say I'm not hugely impressed... I think I'll stick with Stihl from now on, as I've never had a problem with one that wasn't my own fault! In fairness to the 560, it feels nice and sounds great when it is working, so I hope it can be sorted out.

A company that i sub contract too has bought several and a few of the guys using them are already complaining that they wont tick over as they should , the saw is sluggish and runns lumpy and several of the gys have said that they can be a pain in the arse to start . i really hope that the Auto tune system was not baised on the work ethick of most teenagers in the uk !!! lol
