Chain seems to work very well on my little ms211 I would say it actually cuts better than with the stihl chain. I do not think it stays as sharp for as long as conventional chain but could not be more simple to sharpen. Think will be ideal when headge laying as always catching a bit of wire or a staple.

hi i have used it and i dont rate it verry good for a pro user as when you sharpen it you loose lot of metal off the teeth its ok for a occasional user that will sharpen it once every 2 weeks maybe

its a good idea but maybe need to go back to the drawing bord and have a re- think for the pro users

I have done a few cuts with it, and it seems alright seemed sharp enough out the box was taking good chips out the cut with it. It defiantly has its place in the tool box, i wouldnt fit it to a felling saw in the woods but for rough timber and around the yard etc i think it will be handy.

huh, i know its a freebie but they don't offer one for my MS880 with a 48" bar..........had to make do with one for the little husky. Notably they only seem to be offering it for the smaller saws and what look slike to me the homeuser......perhaps they realise a pro can sharpen a saw better than this gadget. But i'll happily give it a go!!!
