My nephew got me on to it recently. Now all I gotta do is remember to activate it when I go out.....:001_rolleyes:

Worth while? never done it myself but had wondered about getting a Garmin and using it as motivation to get back out there

Same old story I'm afraid. You either want to do it or not. No amount of gadgets will give you motivation.

 

Dust off that Giant and give it a whirl....you'll feel ten years younger when it's over n done with....:thumbup:

I will try and get out over weekend. 10 years younger would be nice :biggrin:

Out Of interest

Have you kept old bike for Winter ?:biggrin:

 

That Trek is very nice and a tidy few quid I reckon. I sold the Scott and bough a s/h Lemond. I now have four winter bikes, something has to go cos the wife is sick of seeing bikes everywhere.....:laugh1:

 

Pat, drop me off a pound of sausages and a leg of lamb next time you're down this way.....:laugh1:
