Impressed that my 3 and 5 year old are over half way up!

Mmm, uploading pics from the side of a mountain doesn't seem to work:lol:

The path from Rhyd-ddu, thought it would be shorter for the kids, only a smidgin of cloud, nearly clear skies

Just over 7 miles round trip. Nice walk.

We did the Pyg track up & the Miners track down last week. No view from the top as it was in the clouds.

Last weekend wife and I did the first two days of the Pennine Way from Edale going north. The first day was 17 miles plus a small detour at the start for a scenic route! Still got the blisters on my heels, so maybe my Menidl boots need insoles or two pairs of socks.

That reminds me of my Holidays staying at shell Island with the family and reaching the top when I was three! When I got down I rang my Grandad 'I've climbed to the top' then put the phone down

Didn't have time, in total the kids did the climb in just under 7 hours up and down.

In Portmeirion today so better reception

I hope these pics load
