slings are the easy bit i find, the real hard thing is to estimate the weight of each lift as spot on as reg does, that is a real skill not to pre load the lifts to much so they pop off.

I remember the first video i watched on here of Reg in action, i couldnt believe how balanced everything was, any of my hiab jobs ended up with me being whacked with branches or ducking out the way of tipping butts:blushing:
