Litterbugs

I've only ever confronted someone who dropped litter once, usually I'm very quiet and whilst grumble about it would let it go. I don't quite know what was different that day but the end result was the three lads looked very embarassed in front of the car full of girls they were trying to impress and they depsosited their rubbish in the bin. Was quite empowering but it never occurred to me until afterwards that there were three of them and one of me and it could have gone horribly wrong :blushing:

Littering and fly-tippingis one thing guaranteed to get my blood up quickly.

I had a run in with a bloke who threw his fag packet and something else out of his car window while in a SSSI where we had gone for a picnic. The first item out of the window got me fuming. When he threw the second I'd gone and was straight over to him and chucked them back in his car. He was threatening to send the boys round to my house and all sorts. Reckoned he could get my address from my car reg. All because he was too idle to take his cr4p home with him.

See, I'm getting wound up now!

Nothing ever came of it anyway.

Best one though was someone dumped a Kawasaki Z200 down the lane from me. It had been in a crash and they aren't worth much in mint condition so it was uneconomical to repair. I claimed the bike and took it home. Once I got the logbook from DVLA I saw the previous owners address. Turns out he had actually driven past the scrapyard to dump it by us. :confused1:

Must get around to fixing that up...

My local beauty spot and dog walking place is now infested with children. A group of young lads were sitting on a bench and one threw a bottle into the river near where they were sitting. That really made me boil so I sent the spaniel into retrieve it for him and hand it back. Made him look like a right bell in front of the spotty teenage girls he was trying to impress
