my boy has had loads he went absailing before he was 2 and has had kids harnesses of varying sorts then onto rock climbing harnesses and this one is a butterfly 1 that i got offered from a mate that had only been used for a month and it adjusted down very small even sort of fits my neighbours 5 year old son

A lot of harnesses do adjust small though i would consider putting some sort of a chest harness to keep them upright till there boy enough to fit them

I can get a couple of kids harness from Petzl. Give us a ring and let me know how big he is and i should be able to advice you as some of the newer climbing harnesses come up quite small now.
