Ok i think you have had us in suspense long enough, wtf is the thing you found?

A week old kebab down the back of the sofa? a spider in the bathtub? (if so you probably screamed like a girl and ran away). That spare chain for the 200t you put somewhere safe 5 years ago? AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!! tellll us!

Some really good answers but only Bigfell was close with roman gold :thumbup1:

 

I went out with the metal detector on a local farm and found a 3000 year old bronze socket axe :001_smile:.

 

It's the first one to be found on the farm and the land owner was just as pleased as Me.

 

It's not worth a great deal but the thought of a chap in the same trade as us 1000 BC wandering around with what was at the time the hight of technology just conjures up all sorts of images in My pee brain.
