Nice vid. what a view. why did is need to come down?

 

Little tip would be to knock those pegs off below you, Otherwise the timber will wack of them when you want a chunk to run or branches will get caught up.

 

AAlso best to use a < shaped mouth so when it breaks of the head will be face downwards rather than jumping outwards. ( takes away some of the shock )

 

though when you are 100ft up having a peg or 2 to put your flip line over sure is good for the mind.

I know what you're saying. I'm always weary of it but I can't bring myself to take it off for work. I'd never remember to put it back on! Have you had problems or near misses in the past with rings then?
