Gladd he's made it through, remember hearing about this when it happened when I was on my way back from a work stint in Norwich. Had been at a BS8545 seminar next door to the BTS premises in Ipswich a couple of days beforehand so it cemented in my mind. A very, very lucky guy.

just goes to show why its so important not to work alone, have rescue climbers, and people trained in first aid, all it takes is one slip. going get me some of that gauze stuff for the first aid kit. Glad to see that this incident has ended as happily as i could.
