completely agree, by the time I eventually worked out how to pronounce "kretzshmaria" they changed it back to "ustulina", they are just trying to mess with us all!

Hi, you should also be very detailed in your specifications ie dont just spec fell or section fell, specify what you will do with the stump , grind to a deapth of 200mm below ground level and back fill mulch and also how the arizings should be disposed of , chipped and removed from site and disposed of at a registerd disposil center, via a licenced huler. ect ect be specific and detailed. that will get you extra points. even spec armilotox and how it should be used, dont be afraid of been extravigant with your anserers, they love detail.
