Nice work

I used to help make board walks, fences and stiles before getting into tree work, i do miss it (although not lugging 100kg sleepers on our shoulders through marshes!)

We are lucky enough to have every farm/land boundary map for our district and with both landline and mobile numbers of the owners. So we can ask before going if we can drive upto the site.

Wrap with a strop and slide them. Had to do 250m runs with them across Priory Marsh, Christchurch a few years ago. Easier to carry by yourself than swing between 2 of ya.

If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
