Nice one ! there will be loads of individuals who can join up top make some teams up, after all this is as much of a industry team event with a few laughs to help raise a few quid and take part, not everyone will be in it to win it.

 

There will be a registration form at the Arbtalk stand you can add your name and pay your two pounds as an individual and join others.

 

I'd just love to see a team of 5 strong skinny people beat a team of 5 large people using technique.

 

Tug of war is actually a pushing with the legs together and stepping backwards discipline, arms should be out front with an under arm grip and you hold strain and lean back together, never wrap a rope around your arm or waist, and by the way one of the rules is no swearing.
