Yet obviously not that proficient themselves!

What do you mean, there are extremely proficient at taking money by using “H&S” as a reason to justify there existence ;), then they aim there testing to the lowest common denominator so everyone passes even if some of the people they do pass are them selves a danger to others :001_rolleyes:

This is all why you should be giving your photo out to companies/tin pot agencies etc who have utterly crap data protection and have NO mandate in law to require a photo of you.

If they have sent out a card with the wrong photo on or wrong info on they have failed in there duty to protect YOURS &/or someone elses personal data from misuse/fraud/etc.

My mum received a letter from the council with details of someone else including card details adrres stuff that fraudsters would love. The council didn't even care.

i only have a cs30 (cs31 card coming through soon hopefully), first thing I noticed was how cheap they look! Seriously could have printed out a better one myself at home, which made me think, how many safeguards are there around to ensure people dont fake their cert cards! If a customer were to ask to see them they wouldnt know if they were real or fake!

chances are if you speak to nptc and explain whats happened and if your units are done close together you may get them all on one id card but your training provider/assessor should ideally told you this i always get candidates photos on first unit within each group eg, cs units au units this usually suffices
