on a de-rail i have just started using a pulp hook and get on alright with it for moving stuff about. Although i now also have a holster for my foot felling lever as well as my tongs and hook :blushing: and my hook one holds a felling wedge on the front, one of my contract managers asked if i was on comission for advertising for stihl and husky the other day :lol:

Sorry, I konw those tool belt thingies are useful, but they do make you look like an extra from The Village People.

Looks like you've got a pulp hook rather than tongs too. Never got on with a pulp hook.

 

nor do i,, it works well if ur working with someone with a set of tong,, i took the tong the next day.

i suppose my vest doesnt do much good either in the way of defending my self on that one haha

whats wi felling a foot of the ground ,got a bad back lad :laugh1:

ow and the holster also held the logger tape but the other guy forgot his and borrowed mine, hense why not on my belt
