Well i kind of forgot to secure the cleat with secondary bolts and this is what happened.... Enjoy:thumbup:

I thought well im only halfway so might as well keep going.

 

That and that being heat 2 if i got a dnf would of meant i wouldn't of been able to score in the final.

I saw this, what exactly happened? Did it come loose or did you hit yourself?

Well let me explain there was this woodpecker right and he attacked me:001_tongue:

 

 

Or using bike cleats no matter how hard you wind them up they can still release. I had to thread through some long bolts in the end to stop the ability to release.
