helmets?

just wondering what fowks favorite helmets are? i like my old husky the best by far but also have a petzl for climbing but i find it nips at my head

stein for me when climbing.. but dont go for the plastic visor.. it may look cool from the outside... but after a wet day and a the odd stick getting caught.. you cant see out of the bloody things.. so im onto bolle trackers now.. picked a pair up from the show... million miles better.. no scratches.. and no dust in the eyes.. muuuch better

Our youngen bought a yellow stein one loves it for now but wait till it attracts the wasps haha

I have a petzl and I think it's fab. Only trouble is it directs sweat off my forehead straight into my eyes. Is there a sweat band that I can get for it?

My stein fell apart. Very unimpressed with the quality of that helmet, although it was very comfy. Petzl all the way. I have just replaced my old petzl with the new version but havent used it in the tree yet, but on first impression it feels very nice. I like the side adjusters too rather than the back one.

I have a petzl for up in the tree and a husky for on the ground.

 

IMO the husky is a little bit more comfy,

Going against most posts so far, I'm Stein over Petzl anyday! College have the petzles and I was'nt a huge fan, got my stein now and love it Traditional mesh visor ... not fast enough yet to qualify for the topgun look

 

Have a cheap oregon lid for on the deck which i can't fault either.
