which camera for climbing

over the past few days i have had a couple of great chances to get some great videos:thumbup1:, and am kicking my self now about not getting one earlier,

 

which one do you use? what are there pros and cons?, etc it must be able to be mounted on my helmet.

what helmet do you recommend rob were both wearing kask helmets are these ok buddy

never used one, but there was an indepth thread about it on here somwhere, a good review too
