Sales of wood burning stoves are still increasing for 4-5th year in a row, friend who has a stove shop says they are crazy busy, so watch out, think it is going to be another very busy winter!

So true. Just one of around 20 stove shops in our area told me the other day they've installed 250 woodburners this summer (that was May thru August) !!!

Selling fast at the moment . I have been telling customers that we expect to sell out earlier than normal . So they are all ordering bigger loads . Mainly selling London Plane and Birch this month .

Fuelling a panic causing a self fulfilling prophecy, nice strategy.

Sold out here - everything I have is earmarked for customers. On Sunday I have to deliver 20 cubes and load up 4 more for the following day...

Crazy. My challenge is not selling this year's stock, it's getting in cordwood for next year's.

HI SSC you sold out now mate if we get hard winter theres going to be no cord around this year :confused1:thanks jon

That is a lot of extra dry firewood someone has to find, hope you're all ready for the extra business! I'm on 9 metres a day, could be doing more, but I am pacing myself for a long winter, (felt like summer today!)
