Very worried customer on phone: 'I checked your logs, they are 14% moisture content, are you sure these are safe to burn?' she had been told somewhere her firewood had to be less than than 11% to burn safely on a woodburner.

I advised her if she got some kiln dried logs straight out of a kiln and kept them in her airing cupboard they would stay nice and dry if thats what she wanted.

HI STEPHF theres not many place in the uk were 11% or less to the customer it all down how the customer store them too no good in bag then we 50mm of rain :lol::lol::lol:thanks stephf jon :thumbup:

Flat out on deliveries and bags. Just filled and moved another 100 bags round to the house ready for tomorrow's rush. Will probably have sold all 100 bags by Sunday afternoon, then it's fill,fill,fill ready for the mid week and Christmas rush. The problem with selling from the house is everyone likes a chat!
