They boys there wouldn't know what a hi vis was bet they have never even seen one in there lives.

 

Unlike the UK where it seem mandatory to wear them regardless of the risk.

Spares? I bet they would get it working again in no time. It amazes me that those guys are cutting such straight boards with saws that are most likely blunt with worn out bars and chains hanging off like an old racer.
