Tomorrow I have the joy of taking down a monkey puzzle, Have done a few before, to be expected really when I've been in the game 17 years, but they do seem few and far between especially considering so many of them are planted in small front gardens right next to the house lol, don't people know how big they get. Anyway to the point, that's if it is a point, just interested in any amusing stories or opinions on them

Never done one mate.

Please put some pics up, especially if you can get some up the tree.

I have heard that the brushwood is much heavier than you think, and snaps off quickly with the back cut.

Good luck, take the pain!

Sticky, spikey, sticky, spikey, stickey, spikey.

But the wood is beautiful, so if you know anyone with a mobile/ chainsaw mill..........

Oh did i mention

Sticky, spikey, sticky, spikey, stickey, spikey.

P.S. welding gloves reduce the pain factor on your fore arms
