I seem to attract mozzies, midges etc., and react badly as well. Always have done.

I always carry decent repellent, and this normally does the trick, but now and again the little buggers slip through the chemical net, or nail me when I get out the shower etc.

Does anyone out there have any tips on how I can improve things?

I'm particularly interested to see if anyone has had any luck with diet stuff, B vitamins etc.

Thanks.

Be somewhere where they are not!

Well it all seems to have been covered TBH. Maybe a stronger DEET concentration. I used 100% in south america, but over here use 50% when i use it at all. Always try to wash it off before you apply more, because as has been said it does get absorbed.

Less beer in your diet.........
