I (and Mat, cheers mate) have spent the last three days extracting the unpopulars poplars. The mighty nuffield has done sterling work dispite the moist condition under wheel. Now the dry side is complete, onto the wet side oh joy.

What is the timber destined to become? I've never had much to do with Pop

 

Dispite my best efforts to shift it, it is all going to become cattle bedding via a gert chipper.

in spain we sold a hole load of pop to a company that make strawberry and cherry boxes but don't know if they are that keen on it in the uk?
