Do you have to get one -afraid so. I have been through this with the powers that be and there is no way around it unless you drive without one as I did for years and don't get caught.

I have one now because I don't want to worry about it.

 

It is just another tax. Nothing more. To call it anything else is just funny

also if storing on yard/site and is your main buisness, i think you will need a brokers licence, but this might be for the skip/transfer side:confused1:
