good example of rushed climbing, unnecessary random cuts, hand held one piece then free falls another, no back up when using the saw, could have rigged out that whole branch with one cut.

 

 

Thats exactly what i'm talking about Tim. Why get sloppy when the gears all there. There is never any rush on my jobs for the lads; I'm no bread head tyrant. Take the point though about being on the job so I'm back on the tools now after two weeks in the office and i'm spreading my work out for myself and employees. I've even fixed up a contact for the subbiesto get more work.

I'll let you know what I break LOL

Theres a few issues here;

 

I'm a freelance climber, I've got my own PL and injury cover. If I break something (which as a matter of professional pride I VERY rarely do), I'd expect the company I'm working for to cover it on their insurance. If the firm wants me to pay for my breakages, I want £200 a day to cover my own PL. ( then again, I wouldn't work for such a firm in the first place:thumbdown:).

 

If I wanted the aggro of running my trainset I'd still have one! - no thanks.
