What's a Cavity Auto Dump?

Af'noon all,

 

Just had a list of parts through to upgrade the mighty bandit, and one of them is the above, a 'cavity auto dump'. Ive my own theory on what it could be, but errm... what is it? how does it work, and if it is what i think it is, how does one retrofit it?!

When you chip a branch with a cavity' date=' the cavity is automatically dumped so it doesn't contaminate the woodchips with holes.[/quote']

 

Its just a reworking of the 'cavity-less auto dump' developed by Rowntree as used in the polo mint factory :001_rolleyes:
