Rather than hang out with you tree types at either Capel or East Anglia yesterday, I went to the Tattoo Expo in Portsmouth. Yeah, I know how to live it up...:blushing:

 

Most of the exhibitors were fairly average, other than Home. Here's a couple of pics of their work, for those of you into your ink.

 

Theyr'e astoundingly good :thumbup:. It's just a shame they're based in Italy!

Thats some travelling you have done this weekend then? Capel to Portsmouth!!

I wish my single lonely tat' was anywhere near that good.

I used to be really into working with glass and I got interested in the designs by Rene Lalique.

 

The design of my tat' is taken from this piece of jewellery by him:

My Brother in law has written a book on Lalique, he got to know the family in Paris and interviewed them.

 

I had a friend who would always get his tats at one of the conventions, you would get the 100 top artists in the world, and hence a fine piece of art work.
