Not sure what you had in mind for it but it is popular for milling. Ideally the bigger the straight wood the better to start with; give the buyer the choice of how to cut it.

Hi,

This can be cut for Shingles, strangely enough I can do this for you !! well the bigger stuff anyhow.

I am based in Guildford Surrey.

I think clear(knot free) is used for Timber framed greenhouses and Hot tubs.

Yep - greenhouses, other bespoke outdoor structures, garden furniture as it doesn't rot. For the posh end of the market as it lasts more then five years!

Im in west wales so i think its a bit too far, but thanks for the offer.

so 50-60, thanks everyone for the comments:thumbup:

We have got some western hemlock too, cant find anyone locally that will take it, so might have to be firewood.

Last year I was offered £40 per ton for spruce delivered to the mill at Talley, which may be near you.

I may be interested in the bigger logs. I have a Woodmizer in woods just out side Llandovery. Where abouts are the logs?

Ah right thanks for that might give them a call and see what they are interested in. I think we might use the bigger logs for fencing etc. The logs are at Narberth.

What wood mizer have you got?:confused1:
