I am an avid wearer of these new fandangled stretch coolmax t shirts companies are bringng out.Regatta do a very durable coolmax t shirt fo hiking wicks moisture away and is fully breathable,alot cheaper than stretch air I paid £25 for mine and they are all i wear so much better than a cotton t shirt

Your main heat receptors are located on the underside of your wrist and the back of your neck. Keep you neck covered as much as possible. When you do take a break apply cold water to your neck and wrist. This will help maintain your core temp. Drink plenty of water to help stem off dehydration. If you stop sweating ther is a good chance that you are all ready dehydrated and it may take up to two to three days before your back up to par.
