Come on that sounds like a vendetta. What did you buy? What went wrong with it? What was bad about sales service?

 

You can't just put a broad statement condemning someone with no reasons behind it :001_rolleyes:

I would add that further to my edit, any subsequent claims regarding your opinion on this matter be phrased in more moderate language and preferrably supported by evidence.

 

As long as you follow those guidelines - I commend your soul to the fire of the membership, let if purify and cleanse your reasoning.

totally useless unsable ladders not for tree surgeons aimed at diy enthusiasts poor customer service arrogant staff and owner will not be recommending to ANYONE

 

So did you get any recommendations regarding the ladders before you bought one? Did you do any research on them to make sure they would suit your needs? Did you ask questions of the staff regarding the product or did you just go ahead and buy one? You still haven't explained WHY they are only good for DIY enthusiasts, why they are no good etc. What was wrong with the customer service? Did you do anything to cause them to be arrogant? Have you discussed the issue with them?
