What about providing a picture of HOW you did it?

 

That would be helpful to the guy that can't seem to fit the Caritool.

caritool small here, fits nicely on the petzl harnesses!

 

if you want easy release, get a large caritool and remove the wire gate, then it just sits in and pulls out with no gate opening

Yup it is a bit on the pricey side, but I have broken 3 carrytools and it’s inconvenient when they go half way through a job.

 

They are fine for lighter gear but I don’t use them for saws any more.

Here's how I have attached the Petzl Caritool (large) to my Komet Butterfly harness.

 

It was a bit of a squeeze to mount it, and I have attached a cable-tie to keep it in place, as it otherwise worked itself loose.

 

Mind you, it's a lot easier to install the Caritool on the Petzl Sequoia harness (but coming from the same company, it would be).
