tar mate...long story short, got 2 connifer trees to take 10ft out of each, but the customer cant really see the height that would be removed, i dont mind quoting for the job but get the feeling she will want more here and their even when i have taken 10ft out....

 

I find my green lazer pointer comes in handy in these cases. Take a picture and mark a clear line on it then add an indecisive customer tax on the quote.
