Hi all! Bought a Entec Timberwolf 150 Tracked chipper last week and have been using it without any problems until today. I went to start it after lunch and the old girl turned over but wouldnt fire up. I have taken the fuel stop solonoid off and it will start run and chip.

when the ignition is turned on the pin retracts for a second and then pops back out :confused1: . A mate of mine thinks it could be the low oil switch playing up what do you all think??

Plus can I run the machine with the stop solonoid removed if I blank the hole off until I can get it checked out ?????

Meant to put Kubota...... Had a realy stressfull day today should have taken it off and spent time with the girls being that it my Birthday

i had a similar problem with a tw150 towable machine. the solonoid had packed in but so wouldnt retract when the igniition was on so i changed the solonoid and it solved the problem.

Cheers 76AR! Im having it tested in the morning :thumbup1: It would be nice if it was just that, can you remember what it cost?

i think it was about £80 for the part any a few layers of skin of my knuckles trying to get the back bolt off!!!!!!

worth it in the end when i had fixed it myself !!!!!!!!!
