maybe thats why it is a problem because youve got to pay, they dont charge for household waste round here, and ive heard that a big amenity site not far from here is taking buisness green waste free of charge for mulching.

Some years ago, I was at the council site in Luton and a travellers truck turned up loaded with conifer brash. I asked the site foreman if that was allowed and he replied. "No it isn't but what do you want me to do, tell them to get lost and then send a team out to pick it up from the nearest lay-by?"
