Unimogs rock thread

Looks a cool set up, you don't see many of the 140s on ag spec most have a mewp on the back, did it come with the linkage and pto or did you source it and fit it?

Our u140 a bit more refined than a u900 but still very compact

 

Nice to see other 140's about there quite oftern glansed over is it a ture ag spec ? Have seen an orange u 100 running a little chipper on back in you area for a good few years now how dose it cope with the weight on the linkage of a 10" I asume it is quite a light weight one ....... oh and is that corty's yard in the back ground looks familiar? Nice setup :thumbup:

Yes it was full ag spec from new. I belive it Was originally sold by Ibbetts with a front mounted hedge/ verge trimmer so has front pto and aircon ect.

Yes it is a light ish chipper it doesn't sit down to much at the rear fully loaded but it has recently had new rear springs. Yep it's the courts yard! In fact it's joe you can see on the crane controls!

Ah I see sounds like a tasty uinit how they getting on up there havent seen them in a long wile ?

Your lucky to have shuch a well equipped 140 I do beleive you and fit hevy duty springs out 140 l has bee keeping an eye out for ya.

What kind of grunt does your u140 have and what is the dimensions and weight of your trailer? Looks well mate :thumbup1:
