The SJ wont make you that quick. Me thinks that guy is plenty quick enough an any type of hitch, he just happens to have practiced with the SJ a bit. Practice makes you quick not the gear you have.

Twas just wishful thinking!:001_tt2:

it'll happen one day:thumbup:

The exact same can be done with a VT, even better I would dare to say, though not from me! Good control of the SJ though!

I've seen you move like that Rupe!!

An it was on a VT! :001_smile: But you did say to me that it very rarely self-tends quite as sweetly as it was that day.

I am attracted by the lack of fiddling/tweaking the SJ would require, but having spent an hour on 1 once felt I'd never be able to climb the same way as I can on A VT. If I could I'd switch straight away!!

Very slick video, but i would love to see him do that on a filthy slimy sycamore in the cornish pee-ing rain on slimy green algae covered branches with no feeling in his hands with it blowing a hooly and a saw swinging from his harness...then i WOULD be SERIOUSLY impressed......I have to agree with rupe here....

tell you what jammy, was in a lime the other day (not a big one), it was being reduced but we were a bit short for time so two of us went up.

i was reducing the last limb on my way down about 10-12ft off the floor and my pal stood on the branch i was anchored into....... crack, branch just held but i tell you what, you've never seen me move so quick:lol:

who needs a SJ when you've got work colleagues hey:thumbup:
